30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within this period, provided the item meets our return eligibility criteria.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Customized containers, including those with specific modifications or bespoke features, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Please ensure your order is accurate and complete before confirming any customizations.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@vistashippingcontainers.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Return Label: A prepaid return label will be emailed to you. You must download and print this label to attach to the container for pickup.
  3. Prepare the Container: The container must be returned in its original condition, free from damage (unless defective), and made accessible for pickup.
  4. Schedule Pickup: Our logistics team will coordinate with you to arrange a suitable pickup time based on your availability and location.

Inspection & Refund Process

Once the container is received at our facility, it will undergo a thorough inspection to verify its condition. If the return meets our criteria:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days following inspection approval.

Refund Deductions

Please note the following:

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the total purchase price to cover processing and handling of returned inventory.

Damaged or Defective Containers

If your container arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@vistashippingcontainers.com. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect

Upon review, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you if the issue is confirmed.

No Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges at this time. If you need a different container or specification, we kindly ask you to:

  1. Return the original item (following the above process)
  2. Place a new order through our website for the desired product
